The flow adds smarter address handling, a two-step review before anything is created, and built-in duplicate protection - keeping your property records clean, consistent, and defensible as your pipeline evolves.

Flexible property creation and location [add official feature name if different]
Create a property without a formal address: Locate a property by known address, pin, coordinates, or parcel boundary (which auto-calculates area in acres and square feet). Without an address, you can still track and model the property right away.
Smarter address suggestions and updates: Locating by pin, coordinates, or parcel suggests the nearest address - accept it or keep coordinates only.
A simpler, two-step creation flow: Enter asset and property details, then review each property's location status and method before creating. The platform tracks how many are located (for example, "1 of 2 located") so nothing is created half-finished.
Built-in duplicate protection: A duplicate address warns you but lets you proceed under a distinct name; a matching address and name together blocks creation.
