Our global DEI council brings together senior leaders to promote and foster an inclusive workplace, where every employee feels respected and valued. The council identifies areas for improvement and make recommendations for change. It also partners with ERGs and local teams to shape training, engagement and development programs.
The council is formally reviewed and renewed every two years to ensure fresh perspectives and accountability. Incoming council members focus on advancing equity in leadership pipelines, embedding inclusive practices in our global expansion and shaping how we harness new technologies like AI to ensure they serve all stakeholders and communities fairly.
