That work continues in 2026 and beyond, as we advance the ARGUS Intelligence Platform to simplify workflows, connect data, and surface insights so you can make more informed decisions across the full CRE lifecycle.
Innovation and AI
ARGUS Workbook by Forbury is an Excel interface that works across ARGUS Asset Manager, ARGUS Portfolio Manager, and ARGUS Investment Manager. It supports detailed cash flow modeling and scenario analysis, with all the data and workflows of the ARGUS Intelligence Platform available underneath it.
ARGUS Assist is a secure, conversational AI interface built directly into the ARGUS Intelligence Platform, allowing you to interact with an agentic layer in a familiar, intuitive experience, even more enriched to similar leading AI tools.
Insights on Platform
ARGUS Benchmark Manager enables you to compare assets and portfolios against real DCF models across the ARGUS ecosystem. Additional drilldowns are available, offering granular geographies and ability to curate benchmarks.
Tenant Analytics gives portfolio managers visibility and richer data into their tenants, location and lease expiry. It also provides better cash flow analysis for future years, and highlights where your risk is concentrated.
Reonomy data is now available, bringing property characteristics across millions of assets directly to you.
