ARGUS Assist is designed primarily for valuation and acquisition analysts, brokers, and asset managers who spend significant time gathering data, researching assumptions, preparing models, and validating outputs. It is intended to reduce manual work and help teams move faster while maintaining professional oversight.

ARGUS Assist can help users look up DCF models for properties that have a model on ARGUS Intelligence, support assumption changes and re-runs, generate valuation outputs, and answer questions about the outputs. If a user is contracted for Benchmark Manager, ARGUS Assist can provide benchmark comparisons.

A user provides a property address, the agent identifies the property, surfaces model detail and specific variables that users have identified as impactful to valuations. The user can then ask questions about the underlying model, request assumption changes, and review updated results through conversation with the agent.

If provisioned for Benchmark Manager, the user can also compare the output against Altus' benchmark product.

ARGUS Assist combines a large language model for conversational interaction with AE DCF Models. The Data Pack machine learning derived market assumptions are based on anonymized ARGUS internal and client valuation models, third-party market data, and public records or transaction data for which we have the appropriate permissions.
