Reonomy: A Stronger Foundation for Company and Contact Intelligence
Enhancements to the Reonomy Knowledge Graph
Summary
We are rolling out a significant enhancement to the Reonomy Knowledge Graph, improving how companies, ownership relationships, properties, and business contacts are connected.
Based on your feedback, our teams refined matching models, reviewed company and contact relationships, examined corporate family structures, and validated changes to company identifiers and property associations.
Built through focused validation. The release combines conservative matching, targeted portfolio review, data-quality checks, and investigation of complex ownership patterns and edge cases.
What We Improved
Company resolution: Refined the logic used to identify and connect company records.
Ownership visibility: Strengthened connections among subsidiaries, independent companies, and broader corporate families.
Property relationships: Reviewed how properties map to companies and portfolios, including complex ownership structures.
Business contacts: Improved the foundation for associating decision makers and business contact details with companies.
Quality controls: Applied more conservative matching and targeted validation of important portfolios and edge cases.
How This Can Help You
Find property owners and related companies in the markets you care about
See clearer connections between property-owning entities, subsidiaries, and parent organizations
Build more complete prospect lists using improved company relationships and business contact data
Navigate complex ownership structures with stronger company and portfolio context
Examples of What May Look Different
A property-specific LLC may connect more clearly to a parent company or investment organization
Subsidiaries may appear within an updated corporate family structure
Property associations may shift when stronger matching evidence supports a different relationship
New or updated business contacts may appear, and some company identifiers may change
What to Expect
Some company identifiers, ownership relationships, and property associations may change as records are refreshed.
API and bulk data feed customers may see larger delta files during the transition.
The verified portfolio checkmark will be temporarily removed and is expected to return later this month.
More Improvements Are Coming
This release establishes a stronger foundation, but the work will continue. We will keep refining company matching, entity resolution, corporate family relationships, contact coverage, and complex ownership patterns as we monitor results and learn from customer feedback.
