Data Studio Montreal border expansion
Key highlight
This release improved and expanded borders in the Greater Montreal area (GMA) to ensure continued coverage of listings activity following industrial development projects.
As a direct result of user feedback and market changes that reflect expanded industrial development into new areas of GMA, we have expanded the boundaries in our Commercial Listings catalog to include municipalities in Montreal’s south and north shore for the industrial sector. In addition to the new municipalities, we have expanded coverage in the existing municipalities.
This update was available effective August 29, 2025.
What does this release include?
Refined Search Regions – Map search boundaries reflect the existing and new municipalities tracked (23 new municipalities now tracked)
Form-Based Municipality Search – Form search allows all tracked municipalities to be selected and added to a search criteria
Expanded Listings Inventory – Additional 1700 new industrial builds tracked representing 66 million sqft of space
Map represents the expanded border of the GMA that is not tracked in Data Studio's Industrial Listings Catalog
