We have released the addition of property subtypes into Benchmark Manager.
In response to client feedback and in effort to provide clients with more meaningful points of comparison, we have released the addition of property subtypes into Benchmark Manager. Property subtypes are aligned to industry standard definitions.
Property subtypes available effective October 15, 2025.
What does this release include?
More granular insight with the addition of expanded property types and subtypes
Property types now also include Hotel, Self-Storage, and Senior Housing
More than 30 property subtypes are now available
Filter by property type and/or subtype for more meaningful analysis
