This release extends the Summary of Assumptions (SOA) to the portfolio level in ARGUS Intelligence, giving asset and portfolio managers a single, unified view of key performance indicators (KPIs) across every asset and property in a portfolio. Rather than working property by property, teams can aggregate KPIs, build custom views, and collaborate on assumptions and performance without leaving the platform.
The Portfolio SOA Report builds on the property-level SOA already familiar to users through our Valuation advisory and appraisal services, applying the same standardized KPI framework across an entire portfolio - so reporting stays consistent, comparable, and audit-ready from a single property up to the full estate.
