Summary

This release introduces the Summary of Assumptions (SOA) to ARGUS Intelligence, giving asset managers direct, standardized access to key performance indicators extracted from their ARGUS Enterprise models. The SOA eliminates the manual effort involved in extracting and reformatting data after model updates, making KPIs immediately available as soon as a model is modified. Asset managers can now track performance over time, consolidate multiple models into a unified view, and build custom dashboards from a library of over 150 KPIs.

The feature builds on the SOA already familiar to users through our Valuation advisory and appraisal services, bringing the same standardized KPI framework directly into day-to-day asset management workflows.

Key highlights

Asset Manager

Summary of Assumptions (SOA)

  • Automated KPI extraction: KPIs are automatically extracted and refreshed each time an ARGUS Enterprise model is updated, giving asset managers immediate access to current performance data without manual processing or reformatting.

  • Performance tracking over time: Evaluate asset performance by comparing up to four models against a reference model and monitoring deviations on key metrics - supporting consistent, period-over-period analysis.

  • Consolidated multi-model view: Aggregate multiple AE models into a unified performance view, providing a single consolidated picture of value and performance across assets.

  • Custom dashboards: Build tailored dashboards from a library of over 150 KPIs, configuring the view to match the specific metrics relevant to each mandate or client requirement.

What this means for customers

Asset Manager

  • Elimination of manual KPI extraction: Asset managers no longer spend time extracting and reformatting data from AE models. KPIs are available immediately after each model update, reducing processing overhead

  • Standardized, audit-ready client reporting: A consistent KPI framework derived directly from AE models ensures that deliverables are comparable across mandates and periods, supporting both internal governance and external reporting requirements

  • Real-time performance monitoring: The ability to compare up to four models against a reference and track deviations on key metrics enables asset managers to identify performance trends and flag risks as they emerge, rather than retrospectively.
