Release: ARGUS Intelligence Platform April 2026
Summary
This release delivers two capability enhancements for Portfolio Manager users and a simplified administration model. Portfolio managers can now view consolidated cashflow at the portfolio level and control which models drive their aggregated figures - ensuring every output is operationally grounded and fully defensible.
Key highlights
Portfolio Manager
Aggregated Cashflow
Monthly and quarterly views: Toggle between monthly and quarterly breakdowns to match the granularity your reporting requires.
Properties and percentages: View individual property contributions and percentage breakdowns alongside the consolidated portfolio figure.
Model Visibility
Setting the defaults : Define the model type, sub-type, and period that will apply across your portfolio as the baseline for all aggregated figures.
Fallback models: When a preferred model is unavailable, designate a previous model version as the fallback - ensuring aggregated figures are never based on an unintended assumption.
What this means for customers
Portfolio Manager
Explainable outputs: Trace any aggregated figure back to the exact model driving it, meeting the auditability expectations of investors and lenders.
Operational cashflow visibility: Assess NOI and income risk across the entire portfolio in one view, with the flexibility to report monthly, quarterly, over a 20-year horizon.
