Export your property, asset and portfolio data to Excel in one click
ARGUS Intelligence users can now download their lease, property, asset, cashflow, tenant and Summary of Assumptions (SOA) data directly into Excel in one click, without copying and pasting it by hand.
Summary
Excel export is now available on key tables and reports across the Property, Asset and Portfolio dashboards in ARGUS Intelligence. Click the Export to Excel button in any supported section to download your data instantly. From there, you can use it in your own analysis, reporting and investor materials. Other export options are still available.
What's new
Property dashboard: Export the Model table in Property Overview, in both DCF and TradVal views, along with the Leasing table, the Tenants tab in TradVal view and the SOA report.
