#1 ARGUS Intelligence Platform authentication
ARGUS Enterprise now uses your ARGUS Intelligence Platform credentials to connect - replacing the separate ARGUS Enterprise login. This change is mandatory for all users by January 2027. We recommend switching during the May-June 2026 transition window.
What this means for you:
One login across both platforms: Use the same credentials for ARGUS Enterprise and ARGUS Intelligence Platform.
Stronger security: Multifactor authentication support, consistent across your Altus products.
Less admin overhead: No separate credential sets to manage across your organisation.
How to set up the new authentication (1 minute):
1. Launch ARGUS Enterprise and navigate to the "File" tab, Click "Connect"
2. Select "New Connection" and pick the "ARGUS Intelligence Connection" option.
3. Select the new "ARGUS Intelligence Connection" and click "Connect".
4. The Sign in to your account window will open: pick the account to use for sign in
ARGUS Enterprise is now connected directly to ARGUS Intelligence.

#2 User administration moves to ARGUS Intelligence Platform
User management for ARGUS Enterprise is now handled in ARGUS Intelligence Platform - no longer in ARGUS Cloud. Administrators can add or remove users, assign roles, and control access from one centralised place across both products.
