Altus Group, in partnership with BOMA, has published the 2021 Office Property Assessment Report for the Greater Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, and Kamloops areas. This report is prepared to give property managers, professionals, and asset owners a guide to office properties with an assessed value over $3,000,000, except Downtown Vancouver and Greater Victoria and Nanaimo, which are over $5,000,000. 

All British Columbia property owners should have received their annual Property Assessment Notice in early January.
