The ARGUS University Challenge tests academic students to present the best investment analysis and conclusion for a fictitious real estate opportunity.
Each team – sponsored by a participating professor – presents a paper of its analysis. Prizes worth $25,000 in total are awarded to the top three teams.

About the program
Every year, ARGUS helps thousands of students get hands-on experience in commercial real estate practices. Over 200 colleges and universities worldwide teach ARGUS in their commercial real estate curriculum.
The ARGUS University Partnership Program is available to all accredited universities and colleges worldwide.

Advance in the commercial real estate industry with an ARGUS Software Certification (ASC), offered worldwide through the ARGUS University Partnership Program.
Academic versions of ARGUS are available to students for relevant coursework and expire after a specified date. Contact us for more information.
