Building strategic partnerships that drive mutual value

Altus Group's SRM program moves beyond transactional interactions to create genuine, long-term partnerships built on transparency, performance, and shared goals.

Why SRM matters to Altus Group

  • Suppliers are fundamental to Altus Group's success — their failure can seriously impact our operations, reputation, client service, and finances.

  • Without structured SRM, value leakage occurs through inconsistent performance monitoring, poor contract management, and fragmented engagement.

  • Altus Group's clients rely on us — and our third parties — to deliver the services and solutions they depend on every day

  • Knowing when to build strategic partnership versus a lighter transactional engagement is critical to getting the most from our supply base.

  • Structured SRM creates a genuine "Win–Win" scenario — replacing fragmented, one-sided engagements with aligned, value-driven partnerships.
