Meet ARGUS Workbook: Spreadsheet Modelling on the ARGUS Engine

With this launch, ARGUS Workbook brings TradVal, the traditional valuation approach already available in ARGUS Enterprise, into Excel-native modelling. Teams can use consistent ARGUS calculations across their organisation and bridge the gap between modelling in ARGUS Enterprise and in ARGUS Workbook.

Import your valuer’s ARGUS Enterprise (AVUX) file, keep their assumptions, run your own scenarios and export back to AVUX.
