End of support for ARGUS Developer on-premise

Our investment going forward is focused on enabling cloud-native innovations and enhancements that are not possible on premise. We are providing notice of the end of support to ensure you have time to plan the transition to ARGUS Developer Cloud in a way that makes sense for your business so you can benefit from the current and future capabilities.

If you own perpetual licenses of ARGUS Developer on-premise, you can continue to access ARGUS Developer on-premise. However, you will not receive telephone, email, chat support, and online knowledgebase resources, as well as installation support, product updates, & patches.

If you are subscribed to ARGUS Developer on-premise term licenses, your access to the system will end when your contract ends, on or before March 31, 2026.

We highly encourage you to migrate to a supported version of ARGUS Developer Cloud to minimise disruption.

ARGUS Developer Cloud provides you with a solution enabling you to run ARGUS applications online, eliminating the need for the infrastructure to run on-premises applications. It leverages Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the secure infrastructure for hosting the Cloud components of the solution, and Citrix technology to virtually deliver its capabilities over the ARGUS Cloud platform.
