Data Studio API additions

We have enhanced the Data Studio Residential API to provide additional value to all API users, most notably Toronto based clients. The web application has provided access to substantial development project data however the API only offered a subset of the data attributes. The addition of attributes to the API creates greater parity between the offerings, bringing more complete insights to API clients.

Additions effective November 11, 2025.

What does this release include?

• Additions:

  • Inclusion of single-family attributes (Lot Type, Lot Size, and Tenure) to the project node in the residential API

  • Home model information will be included in the residential API for GTA and GGH Single Family and Townhomes.

  • The model data includes the following:

    • Model Name, Description, Elevation, # of Bedroom

    • Home Type, Size, Price, Status, Sold Out Date

  • Residential API to now Include Project Sales History. Currently project histories are only available in manual deliveries. A new Sales History Node will contain the following data for each time the project is updated:

    • Time Period, Project Status, Occupancy Date, Total # of Units, Total Sales etc.
