Release: ARGUS Intelligence January 2026
This version unveils the first level of scenario simulations, at the property level, with up to 5 possible scenarios.
Summary
This release introduces scenario simulation capabilities to ARGUS Intelligence, enabling asset and portfolio managers to build confidence in investment decisions through multi-scenario stress testing. Key enhancements allow users to run simulations directly from property dashboards, compare up to five scenarios side by side, and manage simulations through a centralized library. The release streamlines risk assessment workflows by providing real-time progress tracking, intuitive input updates, and automated alerts for outdated models.
In addition, a new Model Management tool is now accessible directly from the ARGUS Intelligence home page. It provides administrators with a single hub to view, search, filter, and manage the visibility status of all models across the organization.
Key highlights
Asset Manager
One-click scenario simulations: launch stress tests directly from property dashboards to quickly assess potential risk without navigating away from core workflows.
Multi-scenario comparison view: compare up to five scenarios side by side to evaluate the impact of different assumptions on property performance.
Centralized simulation library: store, access, and reuse scenarios across the organization to support knowledge sharing and maintain consistency in analysis approaches.
Real-time progress tracking: monitor simulation progress as it runs and update inputs intuitively to streamline iterative analysis.
Automated alerts: receive notifications when underlying models are out of date to ensure scenario analyses remain current and accurate.
ARGUS Intelligence
Centralized model governance: a new Model Management tool provides administrators with a single hub to view, search, filter, and manage the activation status of all models across the organization - individually or in bulk - directly from the ARGUS Intelligence home page
What this means for customers
Asset Manager
Faster, more confident decision-making: the ability to run multiple stress tests in one click and compare scenarios side by side accelerates risk assessment and helps identify the most resilient investment strategies.
Improved collaboration and consistency: a centralized library for storing and reusing scenarios enables teams to share analytical approaches, access historical simulations, and maintain consistency across the organization.
Reduced manual effort: intuitive input updates and real-time tracking eliminate the need to recreate scenarios from scratch or wait for batch processing, making iterative analysis more efficient.
ARGUS Intelligence
Full visibility and control over models: administrators gain a single, centralized place to oversee, search, filter, and manage the activation status of all models across the organization, ensuring teams always work with the most relevant and up-to-date data.
