Release: ARGUS Intelligence 1.7, 1.7.1
Summary
This release further standardizes KPIs, across Property, Asset and Portfolio dashboards. Key enhancements extend leasing data across Portfolios whilst allowing aggregation at Model, Property, and Asset levels and provide exports for all table and graph elements as PNG images and exports of all Asset and Portfolio dashboards as PDF files. Also included within the release is a fully automated file conversion capability enabling asset managers to convert single property AVUX files created in newer ARGUS Enterprise versions back to earlier versions without support assistance.
Key highlights
ARGUS Intelligence
Asset list display default: assets will now only display by default when they include any property that contains at least one model with certain system classifications set in ARGUS Enterprise before onboarding. The display of all Assets may be toggled on or off without this constraint.
Clearer load state display: a load state now displays when switching between Asset views.
Asset Manager
AVUX File Conversion: upload AVUX files created in newer ARGUS Enterprise versions and automatically convert to earlier versions without needing to contact Altus support for assistance.
New KPIs and widgets added to property and asset overviews: KPIs are now more standardized and new widgets are available from the widget library for addition to any custom view.
Export of PNG and PDF files: all tables and graphs at Property and Asset level can export as PNG images and all Property and Asset dashboards can export as PDF files.
Portfolio Manager
Addition of KPIs and widgets to Portfolio Manager overview: build and filter portfolios based on ARGUS Enterprise custom attributes for more targeted analysis.
Extending leasing across portfolios: displaying tenant level KPIs for Assets attached to the portfolio, with a display of aggregation at Model, Property and Asset levels.
Export of PNG and PDF files: all tables and graphs at Portfolio level can export as PNG images and all Portfolio dashboards can export as PDF files.
What this means for customers
ARGUS Intelligence
Clearer views of onboarded Assets: only displaying Assets with Properties containing Models with specific classifications reduces “noise” on the default Asset display and better load state messaging provides a clearer picture of what is happening when switching between displays.
Asset Manager
Reduced reliance on external support for file conversion: automated AVUX conversion built into Asset manager reduces support calls.
Export capabilities allow information to be shared: being able to export Asset and Property dashboard displays as PDF allows Asset and Property data to be shared within the business without direct access to ARGUS Intelligence.
Portfolio Manager
More granular leasing data: being able to display tenant level data on Portfolio leasing displays and allowing aggregation at Model Property and Asset levels provides users with a more granular view of their leasing data.
Export capabilities allow information to be shared: being able to export Portfolio dashboard displays as PDF allows Portfolio data to be shared within the business without direct access to ARGUS Intelligence.
