Altus Group Limited Names Robert Courteau as New Chief Executive Officer
TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Sept. 11, 2012) – Altus Group Limited (“Altus”) (TSX:AIF), is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Courteau as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 24, 2012. Acting CEO, Stuart Smith will continue in his role as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, supporting a smooth transition.
Mr. Courteau brings years of experience as an accomplished business leader with a number of well-respected, international professional services companies. Most recently Mr. Courteau worked at SAP where he served as President, North America, along with other international responsibilities. In these roles he oversaw the achievement of global benchmarks for growth and customer satisfaction by integrating strategic business analytics and driving fundamentals for profitable performance.

Robert Courteau Biographical Information
Mr. Courteau is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in leading new business initiatives and achieving growth objectives with some of the world’s foremost companies. Most recently, he was President of SAP North America, a $6 billion global market leader in enterprise application software, with other previous roles including COO of its Global Customer Operations. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Courteau served as an Executive Vice President for EDS Corporation. He has held a number of senior management roles at Xerox Corporation, where he served as a North American Divisional Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Courteau has been an active board member of numerous North American not-for-profit organizations and has served on the boards of several publicly traded organizations.
