Altus Group, a Global Company, Announces Intention to Acquire PricewaterhouseCoopers’ US-Based Real Estate Valuation Consulting Group
TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – June 29, 2010) – Altus Group Income Fund (“Altus”) (TSX:AIF.UN) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the US-based real estate valuation consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers US. Altus intends to finance this acquisition through a combination of cash, equity and bank financing.
A dedicated team of professionals provide valuable guidance and comprehensive valuation consulting and analytic services to a roster of global clients through a national practice operated from offices in Jersey City, Houston, Irvine and Atlanta.
