Tenant analytics in ARGUS Portfolio Manager groups every lease a tenant holds across a portfolio into one record. It then shows that tenant's share of portfolio NOI, upcoming lease expiries, and below-market rents, so asset and leasing teams can see concentration risk that property-by-property reports can hide.

Most portfolios carry concentration risk that isn’t visible in the data. A single tenant operating across multiple properties under different name variants can appear as several smaller exposures, masking the true scale of the risk.

When lease expiries are clustered and that tenant represents a significant share of portfolio NOI, the gap between what the data shows and what’s actually at risk can be substantial.
