About this project

Originally designated as a Heritage building in 1973, One Front Street is a 7-storey building offering 370,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space.  The client required a building condition assessment and physical due diligence to better understand the building’s condition and develop a five-year capital expenditure forecast.
