Altus Group, a global provider of commercial real estate services, software and data solutions, announced today that it has acquired Property Tax Assistance Company Inc. (PTA), a U.S. property tax firm based in California, expanding Altus Group’s market depth and presence in the U.S. market.

Since 1975, PTA has assisted clients with identifying and reducing personal property and real estate taxes for commercial, industrial and multifamily properties. Their services include assessment and property tax analysis, case preparation, procedural filings and representation before taxing authorities, as well as assessment and tax bill validation.

The PTA team has achieved much success including a strong track record and long-standing relationships with an impressive roster of many large well-known companies. Altus Group is excited about the specialized expertise and local market knowledge that the PTA team brings to its offering.
