This development is on the banks of the Parramatta River, providing a 46 level residential complex with retail and commercial spaces, and extensive public domain works including foreshore works, a boardwalk and upgrade of Phillip Lane.

The nine level basement comprises three levels of conventional car parking and the remaining six levels house an automated car parking system suitable for 325 vehicles. The residential component of the project comprises 436 apartments.
