Challenge

The Commercial Warehouse and Offices project involved the refurbishment of an existing industrial warehouse into new premises for a commercial office, fashion warehouse and restaurant.

Major works included waterproofing the existing building, and installing new windows, lifts an d warm shell finishes, with associated services and a new air conditioning system.

Solution

The main challenge of this project was taking over the completion of the unfinished buildings from the previous builder. All offices and commercial warehouses were refurbished in 2015, complying with all fire safety measures, engineering works, and BCA requirements to achieve an Occupation Certificate.
