Altus Group is pleased to announce the promotion of David Lockie to the position of Director, Cost Management in our Melbourne office.

David has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, covering all aspects of Quantity Surveying from feasibility analysis, budget estimating, cost planning, contract documentation and contract administration, to bank finance reporting and replacement cost assessments.
