Amounts shown on your order for Taxes and Shipping are estimated, and the actual amount may vary. Please note that additional charges may apply upon system processing, depending on your billing and shipping jurisdiction.
Software licenses are electronically fulfilled and should be received via e-mail within 24 hours, including product download information. Shipped Media is sent UPS Ground and should arrive within UPS stated policy plus 24 hours.
All licensed product sales are final. Refunds are issued per Account Executive discretion, and will include a 15% administrative fee.
