Watsons Grove is a $49 million residential development located at 11-27 Cliff Road, Epping. The project comprises the construction of three blocks of 5-6 storeys, providing 141 apartments and two basement levels with a total of 179 car spaces.

Solution

Altus Group was engaged by SJD Epping to provide Project Management, Superintendence and Cost Management services. The project was completed in October 2017.

Watsons Grove was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival 2018 Awards’ Large Scale Housing – Completed Buildings category. It was a 2018 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence finalist for Excellence in Medium-Density Development above 100 Dwellings, and has also been selected as a finalist for the 2019 PCA Innovation & Excellence Awards’ Best Residential Development category.
