Challenge

This development is on the banks of the Parramatta River providing a 46-level residential complex with retail and commercial spaces, extensive public domain works including foreshore works, boardwalk and upgrade of Phillip Lane.

The 9-level basement comprises 3 levels of conventional basement car parking and the remaining 6 levels houses an automated car parking system suitable for 325 vehicles. The residential component of the project comprises 436 apartments.
