Challenge

Medibank’s new headquarters will support 2,200 employees, consolidated from six locations throughout Melbourne. The building features exposure to natural daylight, a unique green façade system and extensive communal green parkland, complete with edible garden, green terraces, internal planting and a multi-purpose sports court. The fit out team worked in collaboration with the base building developer to deliver a workplace solution that supported Medibank’s core purpose of ‘For Better Health’. The design encourages movement through the building, with activity based working principles and interconnectivity between floors.
