Challenge

Macquarie Park Village is a new urban residential development located at 110-114 Herring Road, Macquarie Park, which is adjacent to Macquarie University. It comprises 640 residential apartments across seven designer buildings ranging from eight to 23 storeys. It also includes a basement car park, retail and commercial podium, expansive open space, a new 25 metre resort style swimming pool and a private gymnasium.

Results

Altus has provided full pre-contract Cost Management services including concept development, display unit works, DA, design development, value engineering, early works packages and tender review. Altus is currently providing contract administration services on the project, which involves undertaking monthly progress claim inspections and recommendations, variation assessment and financial cost reporting.
