Capital London has let 18,060 sq ft of offices at The Manhattan Building in Crawley Business Quarter to workplace pension provider B&CE.
Crawley Business Quarter is the preferred office location within the Manor Royal Business District. Neighbouring occupiers including Virgin, Deloitte, Doosan and Boeing.
B&CE have leased the first and second floors, with only the ground floor of 8,060 sq ft now remaining available to tenants seeking from 2,000 to 8,060 sq ft.
