Congratulations to our newly qualified Surveyors at Altus Group.

We are pleased to announce that five Altus Group Surveyors have successfully completed their APC, becoming MRICS Chartered Surveyors.

Chris Birch, Steven Christmas, George Muir, David Semple and Max Tann have all successfully demonstrated the level of hard work and commitment required to become a Chartered Surveyor.

APC is the Gold Standard in Surveying, representing a significant milestone in the careers of a Surveyor. The accreditation confirms that they have been assessed by peers in the profession and have reached the high standard required to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

The APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) takes a minimum of 24 months, post degree, with on the job training and a final assessment in front of a panel of experts.

Altus Group has provided businesses in the UK with expert commercial property advice for over 60 years. With over 120+ Surveyors, the success of Altus Group is built on developing the very best talent in the property industry to the highest professional standards.

As a forward-looking and progressive business, Altus Group fully supports the provision of the highest levels of training for the next generation of Chartered Surveyors. Altus Group directly supports graduates through their APC through experience and exposure to different areas of the business such as Rating, Valuation, Landlord & Tenancy, and Agency.

We are delighted that our recent candidates have passed their APC to gain their MRICS accreditation.
