His 18 year career includes senior positions across Canada with some of the country’s most prominent General Contracting, Development and Consulting companies. David’s experience includes work on a wide range of office buildings, residential towers, retail developments, and infrastructure projects.
Areas of specialization include: Budgeting & Cost Estimating, Feasibility Studies, Project Cost Management, Tendering and Procurement, Construction Project Management, Change Order Assessment, Contractual Dispute Analysis, and Settling of Claims.
