Since joining Altus Group in 2014, Daniel has taken up the leadership of the scheduling, claims and dispute resolution team. This portfolio provides varied mandates and clients from early procurement and construction planning for residential developers to forensic claims analysis on $1Bn plus completed projects and everything in between. Previous to joining Altus, Daniel worked in the construction industry in Canada since 2010 and prior to that in the United Kingdom since 1997. Daniel has been a Scheduler since 2000 and in his former position with Carillion Canada, he provided schedule support to large projects and also led a team of schedulers in delivering the function within the company in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Daniel has extensive experience (15 years) using Oracle Primavera software as a full time Scheduler and specializes in design, procurement and delivery risk analysis, complete schedule management and control, development of policies & procedures for team implementation and team recruitment, training and development. This hands on experience is invaluable in both providing Project Advisory services on live projects as well as dealing with disputes in a practical and efficient manner. Daniel has a superior capability, ensuring effective results in every project he undertakes.
