Andrew Illingworth is a construction leader demonstrating strong contract management experience, with the ability to strategically inspire project teams to bring about positive project outcomes throughout the project life-cycle including planning, design, construction and completion. His broad experience includes managing construction teams, encompassing industry sectors from building and civil construction, property management, and aerospace.
With over 30 years’ experience managing cross-disciplined teams in Hong Kong, the UK, and Canada, Andrew currently oversees Altus Group’s Construction Contract Solutions team, providing risk management, scheduling, and quantum expert services and training for his Clients. His diverse expertise in commercial and contract management, quantity surveying, dispute resolution, negotiation, procurement, and purchasing and supply chain is unparalleled. This experience is beneficial to both his Clients and his team, ultimately delivering customized construction contract solutions from commencement through to the successful project completion.
