Our public training courses are designed for new and intermediate users. All sessions are held in training facilities on computers with ARGUS Enterprise pre-installed.

Choose from one or even multiple days of training on-site, in your offices. Our private courses are hands-on, interactive sessions with one of our expert product specialists. All trainees receive a limited-time install of ARGUS Enterprise for their own computer.

Standard 2-day training

Our training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise or anyone who will be responsible for entering leases, budgets, market assumptions or valuation and yield parameters on a repetitive basis.

Workshop training

The custom workshop is a one-day training tailored to your company’s modeling policies and offering customized training documentation based on your company files and guidelines – a truly immersive experience.

 

Mixed-used (Retail/Multi-family) training 1-day

This training course focuses on users that will build and work with property assets that have both retail and residential/multifamily units in one.

This one-day training will focus on building an asset from scratch and include adding revenues, operating expenses, capital expenses, retail tenants with advanced percentage rent and multi-family unit functionality. Investment and valuation topics will also be covered, along with additional case studies at the end for extra practice.

Administration training half-day

The purpose of this one-day training is to set up, configure, and train clients on ARGUS Enterprise.

The training will focus on administrative tasks such as permissions, templates, charts, and file management. This training is geared towards the smaller scale clients that have between 1-5 users, that need to manage the administrative side of ARGUS Enterprise.

Public virtual training (AMER)

Our 2.5-day online training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise or anyone who will be responsible for entering office/retail leases, budgets, market assumptions, or valuation and yield parameters on a repetitive basis. The modules that are covered in the course include cash flow, portfolio reporting, and sensitivity analysis.
