We are pleased to share the latest enhancements to ARGUS Acquire, our deal and model management solution for acquisitions teams. In addition to enhanced system settings and functionality, we continue to release features to make it easier for acquisitions teams to plan and manage their deal pipeline.

Use the new Deal Strategy screen to keep track of important deal dates, record broker and client details, track bids and their related models and leverage configurable narrative sections for things like exit strategy, tenant overview and risk management.

Build a complete picture of your deal asset with an expanded deal details section. Users now have the added ability to upload map overlays, points of interest, deal photos, and can add seller details and other useful information about the deal.

To drive accountability, deal tasks can now be assigned an owner (or owners) either individually or in bulk. Users can also drag and drop tasks into an order that works best for them.
