As a Senior Director in the Vancouver office, Christopher Mullins leads the Cost Consulting & Project Management team. His real estate industry expertise was gained over 20+ years providing strategic advice and management on projects, developments and portfolios across Europe and North America. Using his skills in management and commercial operations, Christopher provides clients with successful outcomes through the delivery of Owner’s Representative, Cost, Project and Development Management services.
He applies his passion for the delivery of high-quality designs during project feasibility, planning, and design of project delivery structures. He believes in the importance of assembling and connecting effective project teams, and this is reflected in his management style. Clients rely upon Christopher’s understanding of procurement, contract and risk management to get the most value out of every real estate investment.
