Why Invest

The commercial real estate (CRE) industry is changing and modernizing.  Real estate investment allocation is steadily on the rise, assets are becoming more institutionalized, and investors are looking beyond their borders to find global opportunities.  Undeniably real estate has earned its place as the fourth asset class.  Yet despite the intensity of these trends, CRE continues to lag other industries in technology adoption, and in particular in big data and analytics utilization.

Altus Group is at the forefront of this opportunity with analytics solutions and expert services that help clients navigate the complexities of the CRE market to maximize the value of their real estate assets and portfolios.

Our Altus Analytics business is exceptionally well positioned to capitalize on the institutionalization of commercial real estate.  Serving many of the largest and most influential CRE companies in the world, we empower clients with software and data analytics solutions that provide data-driven insights on their commercial real estate assets.

Our Expert Services business draws on our market expertise to drive value for our clients.  Through our various practice areas, we touch every stage of the lifecycle of commercial real estate – from feasibility, development, acquisition, management to disposition.  This gives us significant advantage and access to robust market data.  It also provides us with a unique long‐term opportunity to re‐purpose the data to drive differentiation, launch new products and strengthen our recurring revenue streams.

Our goal is to evolve towards a focused and integrated business model which scales our data, analytics and software capabilities on a global basis, while continuing to provide independent and technology-enabled real estate consulting services. We are focused on creating sustainable shareholder value that generates long-term returns by targeting organic and accretive growth while providing quarterly dividend payments of $0.15 per share.
