One Bloor is a 70-storey condominium project at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto. It has six levels of underground parking, 736 residential units and 100,000 sq.ft. of prime retail space for a total of approximately 1.2 million sq.ft.

The Challenge & Result

In order for the developer to secure financing with a group of lenders, Altus Group was required to review and approve the project budget as well as the 5 year construction schedule. This was done after completing a detailed construction estimate as well as review of all soft cost budgets. The loan closed in December 2011 and our mandate is ongoing.
