The Company

Mount Street is an independent provider of loan servicing and related loan management services to the European Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector. The professionals of Mount Street are all highly experienced, averaging over 20 years’ experience in the European CRE markets.

The management team has created a JV with Clayton Holdings LLC (www.clayton.com), a long-established firm providing a range of services to the mortgage loan sector in both the US and Europe.

The Challenge

The UK loan servicing market does not use a standard reporting package for client reporting comparable to what exists in North America. Mount Street therefore decided that an improvement to existing technology solutions was needed to set a benchmark in the industry. Mount Street started searching for better solutions than the legacy systems that were available in their market.

The loan reports are created using QlikView’s user-friendly features that are embedded within Voyanta and delivered through Voyanta’s dynamic reporting interface. The Voyanta solution has improved the reporting experience for clients, providing dynamic reports and on-the-fly calculations with unlimited sorting and filtering capabilities through Voyanta’s online user interface. Clients now have immediate access to key loan data and are able to compare their data over time.
