Company Profile
Three Decades of Experience
Clayton Research is a firm of urban and real estate economists
providing strategic information, analysis and advice to private
and public sector clients across Canada. The firm specializes in
real estate market analysis, land use planning issues, consumer
spending and borrowing research, and building products demand. Since
its establishment in 1972 by Dr.
Frank A. Clayton, the firm has gained a reputation for astute
and independent analysis and advice, based on extensive in-house
expertise, a unique information base, leading edge analytical techniques
and extensive contacts throughout Canada.
National Insight
National coverage is supplied through the head office in Toronto
and associates in Vancouver and Calgary. In-depth research for assignments
undertaken across the country has made the firm very familiar with
the economic and real estate environments in major Canadian urban
centres.
Core of Senior Professionals
While national in scope, Clayton Research is a relatively small
firm, with a predominance of senior professional
staff. This ensures that experienced senior consultants are
closely involved in all projects undertaken by the firm. Every assignment
begins with an understanding of the economic, financial, demographic,
institutional and public policy environments influencing the issues
under consideration.
Public and Private Sector Clients
Reflecting our diverse expertise and the reliability of our analysis,
our clients include a wide mix of real
estate developers and builders, investors, financial institutions,
manufacturers, retailers, industry associations, and all levels
of government.
